Renting and Tenants

As a prospective tenant, Falcon Property Services can offer you a wide range of properties, both furnished and unfurnished. Our aim it to show you the properties that could suit your specific requirements and we accompany all viewing.

Having viewed and selected a property, a non refundable administration fee of £150.00 is required per tenant, (please note - the payment does not form part of the contract)

References will be taken from the following:

• Bank / Accountant (latter if applicable)
• Employer
• Landlord (if applicable)

In the event of any of the above not being available, a guarantor will be required who has known you for at least three years.

Once all references have been followed up, we will require the following in cleared funds :

• 1st months rent
• Deposit (equivalent to 1 months rent – unless specified differently by the Landlord)

Our assured shorthold leases are for a minimum of 6 months although longer terms can be agreed in advance.

All rents are exclusive rents (no bills included) unless stated and must be paid in advance by standing order.
